Events, shows and exhibitions

There are a number of model railway exhibitions that are regularly held in Tasmania. They include:

• Model Makers and Collectors exhibition, usually every second March at the Derwent Entertainment Centre in Hobart
• Rails North, usually held in Launceston in June
• The Model Train Show, usually held at the Hobart Showgrounds in August
